We offer several levels of teams to accommodate all abilities and skill levels. Our travel teams (Heat, Fire and Elite) play during the spring and summer. Our local teams play during the spring, summer and fall seasons. Below are more detailed explanations of the team levels.
Local Team
Who should participate?
All levels of players who can only commit to playing in local events.
Team Details
- 2 practices per week
- 8 game league
- $395 for returning player
- $570 for new player (includes uniform and insurance)
Season Length
- SPRING: March – May
- SUMMER: May – August
- FALL: September – November
Heat Team
Who should participate?
Intermediate level players who can commit to local tournaments and league schedule.

- 1 spring league
- 2 San Diego tournaments
- 1 regional tournament
- 1 team camp
- $1,275 for returning player
- $1,450 for new player (includes uniform and insurance)
Fire Team
Who should participate?
Advanced level players who can commit to an involved tournament schedule.

SPRING/SUMMER SEASON

- 2 practices per week
- 1 spring league
- 1 San Diego tournament
- 1 team camp
- 3 NCAA view period tournaments
- $1,675 for returning player
- $1,850 for new player (includes uniform and insurance)
Elite Team
Who should participate?
Advanced level players who want to play collegiate basketball. Players who can commit to an involved tournament schedule which will include travel to out of state tournaments.
Team Details
SPRING/SUMMER SEASON

- 2 practices per week
- 1 San Diego tournament
- 1 regional tournament
- 5 NCAA viewing period tournaments (including Oregon Trail)
- season fees will be discussed at the parents meeting
*The season fee is non-refundable and based upon expenses for practices, games, tournaments, leagues, club registration fees, coaches stipends and travel expenses, administrative fees, team equipment and space rental for facilities.
* New members need to add a one time registration fee of $175 to your 1st payment. This fee includes reversible uniform, Sol t-shirt, tank top and one year of insurance.
* We have fundraising opportunities to offset the cost of participation.
