  • Sol Elite finishes 3rd place at the prestigious Oregon Trail Tournament

    Playing together as a team, the Elite proudly represented their club by finishing an amazing 3rd place in one of the top NCAA tournaments in the nation. In addition to that both Sierra Campisano and Carol Schroeder earned All Tournament Team honors. Go Sol!

  • 2015 International Games - 12u Divisional Champions

    Our Sol 12u team won 1st place in the 2nd annual International Games Tournament under the guidance of Coach Harris. The Scripps Ranch Falcons were a worthy opponent who challenged them in the championship game.

  • 2015 International Games - 14u Divisional Champions

    Congratulations to our 13u team that played in the 14u division and won! Under the direction of Coach Turpin this team has excelled and improved in every tournament they have played.

  • 2015 International Games - Girls 18u Division - 2nd Place

    Congratulations to the Sol Elite team for placing 2nd in the 18u division of the International Games. They fought hard against the ABC Travel Concepts Germany team. Another congratulations to Sierra Campisano and Megan Scott for earning all Tournament Team honors.

  • 2015 International Games - Boys High School Division - 2nd Place

    Congratulations to Coach Wright and his Boys High School Elite team for placing 2nd in the International Games! They have had a great season and are the foundation for our Boys Elite Program. Congratulations to Jaylin Richmond and Kyle Stephan for earning All Tournament team honors.

  • 2015 International Games - Girls 16u Division - 2nd Place

    Congratulations to Coach Turpin and her High School Fire White team for placing 2nd in the International Games. This team improved tremendously over the season. Also, congratulations to both Lauren Reynolds and Madison Wills for earning All Tournament team honors.

San Diego Sol added 4 new photos.

Congrats to our Sol Shot Club finalists for all their extra work practicing this season. It paid off. In the 3rd/4th grade division Jaiden Schube took home the hardware and made 18/20 right handed layups. In the 5th/6th grade division Sophie Stevens went a perfect 25/25 on left handed layups and tied with Jenna Gorton by making 24 right handed layups. Jasmine Criqui finished strong with 19 made right handed layups and Nicholas Song became the reigning 3 point champion. In the 7th/8th grade division Madison Campbell went perfect on her layups by making 25 left handed layups and 25 right handed layups in a row - a perfect 50 for 50!!! The High School division was a close race with Mackenzie Moore and Kaylee Presnell tying each other with 25/25 left handed layups and Shyla Latone creating a 3 way tie with 25/25 right handed layups. Mackenzie won the free throw competition decidedly by making 22/25 and Shyla was the sharp shooter making 16/25 three pointers and winning the overall division by making 83/100 shots. We are Sol Proud of you all!

Super congrats to all of our Sol teams that placed 1st and 2nd in the Sol Spring league. Boys 3rd (Coach Jefferson), Boys 4th (Coach Ota), Girls HS Heat Black (Coach Lasalita) and Girls HS Elite (Coach Harris) won 1st place while Girls 7th Grade Heat (Coach Turpin - 8th grade and JV divisions) and Girls HS Fire Black (Coach Bennett) finished in 2nd place. Way to represent!!!

San Diego Sol added 3 new photos.

Our first annual Super 60 just wrapped up and the Fever dominated the championship game from start to finish. Sierra Campisano led the way with 37 points including four 3 pointers. Mariana Ecija added 14 points to the victory in a 73 to 36 win over the Mercury. Ice Quinones was the leading scorer for the Mercury with 11. League honors went to Sierra Campisano for most season points finishing with 186 points and averaging 26.6 per game. She also picked up the league MVP award. Mariana Ecija shot her way to the Sharp Shooter award by hitting the most 3 pointers in the season. Christina Ellis won the Heart and Hustle award by her tireless energy given on the court. Write ups on all players will be posted on the Sol website and distributed to college coaches. Next Super 60 League will take place in September. Check the website soon for more details.
