We Teach the Fundamentals.
We offer five distinct levels of high school teams to ensure every player competes at the pace that is right for them. Whether your child is picking up a basketball for the first time or preparing for elite-level high school competition, we have a place for them.
All players who try out are placed on one of our team levels: DELTA (Development), LOCAL (Intermediate), or TRAVEL (Advanced). Our TRAVEL level is further divided into Heat, First, and Elite teams, allowing us to place advanced players in the most competitive environment that best fits their skill level and goals.

Delta Teams
Perfect for players just starting their basketball journey
- In-House Games – Sol teams play against each other
- 3v3 or 5v5 format – based on age and development level
- Balanced Teams – formed for parity and fair competition
- Focus on Fundamentals – ball handling, shooting, passing and game basics
- Co-ed (Grades 3-4 only) – teams may be co-ed based on participation numbers
Local Teams
Competitive play without extensive travel
- Tryout-Based Placement – players must earn a spot on a Local team
- League Based play – compete against other programs in the area
- Skill & Team Development – continued focus on fundamentals, spacing, and team concepts
- Limited Travel – competitive league play without a full travel schedule
Heat Teams
For advanced competitors ready to travel
- Elite-Level Competition – designed for highly skilled, committed players
- Tryout-Based Placement – players must earn a spot on a Travel team

Team Placement Policy: All registered players will be placed on a team! Teams are formed by age, skill level, experience, and roster balance.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested up until the first day of practice (minus processing/transaction fees). After the first day of practice, team fees are non-refundable.
