STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Improve your basketball game with our strength and conditioning class. Not only do you need basketball skills, but you also have to be strong, quick, and have stamina to perform at the highest level. This class will work on bodyweight training, agility, stretching, and mobility. It will surely enhance your overall basketball game.
