Coaches Comments
Miranda is a very good shooting guard. She has great range on her jumper. She can hit the mid-range or 3-pointer with a high percentage. Has the ability to get really hot. She does a great job finding her spots and letting it fly. She is always growing her game looking to add new skills. She is the first person in and last one out. She is an absolute gym rat who has great knowledge of the game. She started her basketball career as a post player and now is an excellent wing player. She is always up to a challenge and will do anything I ever ask of her.
– Coach Turpin, Spring 2016Miranda is a player with an unbelievable work ethic to go along with great passion for the game of basketball. Miranda is a student of the game who is always looking for ways to improve her game. Miranda is a gifted defensive player on the ball & off. I have watched Miranda improve on the defensive side of the ball the last two years tremendously. She is an all around player on offensive with the ability to play both guard positions. She has the ability to shoot off the dribble as well as being a very efficient spot up shooter. She is also talented in creating for others off the dribble. Miranda is growing into a very good talent who is well rounded in every aspect of the game. Miranda is a great teammate & is as coachable player any coach could ask for.
– Coach Carey Miller
Miranda is a deadly outside shooter and has a very tenacious attitude on the court. She gives 100 percent effort and has never backed down from a challenge. I love walking into the gym and finding her there shooting shots on the machine and getting better while no ones watching.
